We want you to love your Hljonesshop tee. If it is not right, you can return it within 30 days. Here is everything you need to know.
01Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition
- In the original packaging, with all tags attached
We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email. Every return must be approved by our support team before it is sent back. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Final sale or clearance items (if any)
- Perishable goods
03How to start a return
- Email support@hljonesshop.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
- Our team reviews your request and replies within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, you receive return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
- Pack the items and ship them back using that label.
- We inspect the items when they arrive.
- We issue your refund.
04Return shipping
Return shipping is free. After your return is approved, we email you a prepaid label, so you do not pay anything to send it back.
05Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need extra time to show the credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
06Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
07Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another suitable solution at no cost to you. If your package is lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
08Scope
This policy applies to orders shipped to addresses in the United States. We sell and ship within the US only.
